Burger King has announced that it has sold 2 million copies in four weeks of its promotional Xbox and Xbox 360 games "Pocketbike Racer," "Big Bumpin'," and "Sneak King." The games are available with the purchase of a BK Value Meal and retail for $3.99 each or $10.99 for all three.
There are few games that have this kind of success and it stands a lesson to game publishers of how aggressive pricing equals huge sales. Granted, the reach of Burger King has helped, but so has the measly $3.99 price tag for a silly and fun game.
