We've all heard the stories of PS3s, rotting away on the store shelves of the major big box stores. Usually, some blogger will snap a pic of a dozen or so PS3s sitting in Best Buy, or from personal experience, we'll see three or four PS3s sitting around in Circuit City or Fred Meyer.

Yesterday, however, was simply amazing. As we walked into Fry's Electronics in Wilsonville, Ore., we were presented with a pallet of PS3s. That right, a pallet. Allison did a quick count and concluded that there were about 70 or so units sitting on that pallet.
That is the most we've every heard of, sitting around, waiting to be purchased. It's simply shocking...
Another pic, after the break...

And, just a comment on Fry's and they're supply, well, in the past, any time we've wanted a hard-to-find product we've called Fry's to see what they have. They always tell us that they're either sold out, or that people are camping out.
For there to be that many PS3s sitting at a Fry's is even more shocking than seeing them sitting somewhere else. Fry's is where the hard core of the hard core go to shop for electronics.
