When an angry Gamespot employee goes off on a message board you'd assume that his anger would be directed at the company. It's not. The anger is directed at you, the consumer.
While I can understand the frustration associated with customers who don't know an Xbox 360 from a Wii, it's kind of the employees' job to answer these types of questions. I have therefore deemed said Gamespot employee a Whiny Ass Titty Baby, a phrase heard regularly on The Sam Seder Show.
It is for this reason that I truly enjoy the counter-point to the Gamespot employee, written by an intelligent and thoughtful person who points out that all retail sucks.
