Is your Spidey sense tingling? Can you feel the awesomeness that is about to hit theaters this weekend? Do you brave it and fight for a seat at, possibly, the biggest movie launch weekend ever, or do you wait it out? What would Spider-Man do? Hmm.

Whatever your decision, realize the movie is not where the Spider-Man 3 experience ends, as Friday will also mark the release of all Spider-Man 3 video games. And, by video games, I mean many, many video games, as versions of the aracno-hero title will be available for the PS2, PS3, PSP, Xbox 360, Wii, GBA, DS and PC. Oy. Is that enough Spider-Man for you? Take note, the Wii version is completely different from the X360/PS3 version. Yes, they all follow the film, but the Wii version has different missions, original content, and controls that take advantage of the Wii's controller. Also, the Wii and PS2 versions were developed by Vicarious Visions, who also developed the DS and GBA version of the game, whereas the X360 and PS3 versions were developed by Treyarch, the developers of the first two incarnations of the Spider-Man movie games.

At this time, I can only guess the PS2 version is a port of the Wii version. If I find this not to be true, I'll update and let you know.
