The marriage of LEGOs and Star Wars has been a vibrant and fruitful one for at least a couple of decades. So, it should come as no surprise that the video game series joining the two franchises has also been extremely successful.

What did come as a bit of a surprise is the fact that the games are fantastic. They are fun, funny, challenging, and great for all ages. They are games in the purest sense of the word, and they are deserving of their success.

It is for this reason that I'm not going to make the slightest of snide remarks on the decision to repackage the first two games and merge them into one with LEGO Star Wars: Complete Saga. I'm just happy that the newly released trailer tells us there will be new levels, challenges and Jedi moves.

Bring it on, LEGO Darth. Bring it on.
