Nintendo sells eight million Wiis worldwide

The Wii crosses the 8 million mark worldwide, which is just 2 million shy of the X360. Meanwhile, the PS3 is crawling to the 3.5 million mark, as the Nintendo DS is zooming toward 45 million.
