Late last night Nintendo released a new update for the Wii console. According to the message that Nintendo sends to your flashing blue Wii, this update will fix some freezing issues found in the Wii's Opera browser.

Upon hearing this news, Jer and I were quite pleased as we've had some issues with the Wii browser locking up on the Lunabean Message Boards. However, we are sad to report that the update did not fix the issue.
