The PS2 port and highly anticipated
Okami has been pushed back from its previously announced March 25th release date to April 15th.
Gamespot, the breakers of this news, provides no reason for the delay, beyond a guess that the game's developers (Ready at Dawn) wanted to reallocate its resources to
God of War: Chains of Olympus. My only problem with that theory is that
GoW: CoO hits stores today. Ready at Dawn's work is done, right? Perhaps the team just wanted a well-deserved break.
No matter what the reason, there's not much difference between March 25th and April 15th, particularly when we'll all have
Super Smash Brothers Brawl to entertain us in the interim.
