As I wrote nearly four years ago during the launch of the Xbox 360, Best Buy did some sketchy bait and switch where they advertised a stand alone system but then required those of us in line to buy an expensive bundle.

I, and many others, complained to the Oregon Attorney General. The other day, I got a call from a lawyer working on the case and it looks like they're going to push forward with some sort of letter to Best Buy in hopes of punishing them (you go!).

I'll let you know if anything comes of this. A little justice for all those poor kids with exact change who had to leave the line would be nice.
