Introduction

You start out as Krystal, a foxy little number (sorry, I had to say it). Start off by shooting the blades off the propeller of the flying ship. Next, shoot out the cannons that are shooting fire balls at you. Finally, shoot out the dragon/dino head at the front of the ship. You are now on the ship.

Run to the front of the ship and speak to the caged CloudRunner. He will open some doors for you down below. Enter one of them, pick up the key, run back to the CloudRunner cage, and you'll meet General Scales for the first time. He tosses you over the ship. You're saved, and you head to Krazoa Palace for the first time.

Note the FUEL BARREL GENERATOR in front of you. Once you discover the FUEL BARREL, they will continue to generate here.

Speak to the EarthWalkers on the grounds for guidance.

From where you landed, head forward and left. You need to use your key on this door. This is the FUEL BARREL. You can toss it at enemies, and you can use it to destroy crates. Destroy the crates blocking the way down to the second level, and grab another FUEL BARREL, head down the ramp, left, and toss the BARREL at the crack in the wall. This is your entrance to the palace.

Head left, then take a right. Use the FUEL BARREL to destroy the crates. You need to find another FUEL BARREL. Head out, to the right and around the corner to the FUEL BARREL GENERATOR. Grab another FUEL BARREL, take it to where you blew up the crates, then guide it, avoiding the flames, to the other side of the room. Toss it directly at the crack in the wall. Enter.

In this room, simply use the FUEL BARREL as a weight to keep the switch down and open the door. Speak to the EarthWalker in the middle of the floor. Enter the room he opens and warp. This is the Krazoa Shrine.

Go forward and up the ladder. Make your way across the room, grab the FUEL BARREL, toss it at the big jellyfish, and the life force door will open. Continue.

Step on the switch and get across the room before the door shuts. In this next room is the Krazoa Spirit #1. Take the easy little test, The Test of Observation, and take in the Krazoa Spirit.

Back in Krazoa Palace, speak to the EarthWalker again, then step on the pad in the room that will raise you into the tunnel above. Head right, hit the "A" button to give up your spirit, and watch as Krystal gets taken someplace scary. I guess we need a little Fox McCloud.

Dinosaur Planet
Location - ThornTail Hollow
Mission - Locate the Queen of the EarthWalker Tribe.

Explore ThornTail Hollow. Locate your staff. Enter the "square" in front of the temple door with yellow flames and battle. A cave door opens up. Enter and activate the switch to get your first staff upgrade, the FIRE BLASTER. Shoot the symbol next to the door to open the gate and exit.

Go back to the battle area, and use your firing abilities on the symbol above the door. Meet up with the Queen EarthWalker. You are told to find her son, Prince Tricky.

Before you go to the WarpStone you need to do a couple of things. Collect some SCARABS, either by smashing some jars around town or lifting some rocks with your staff. Head to the ThornHollow Store and buy some ROCK CANDY. Also, near the Arwing is a BOMB SPORE PLANT. Shoot it with your FIRE BLASTER and collect the BOMB SPORES that come out of it.

When you spoke to the Queen, she had a ThornTail move. Locate him. There's a patch of soil there. Plant your BOMB SPORE, shoot the plant and go through the hole in the wall. Present the WarpStone with the ROCK CANDY. He will give you some warping options. The Well Maze is where you throw CHEAT COINS when you find them, Krazoa Palace is where you go when you find Krazoa Spirits, but, for now, we're going to Ice Mountain to find Tricky.

Location - Ice Mountain
Mission - Rescue the Baby Dinosaur (Tricky), and find your way back to Thorntail Hollow

There's Tricky. You need to get to him.

Locate the FUEL BARREL, and quickly get it over to the crates blocking your way. Fight the bad guys. Once you defeat them, a symbol will appear over the door Tricky disappeared behind. Shoot it. It's time to race. Win the race to get Tricky.

Continue down the path and collect the BLUE GRUB TUB. Feed them to Tricky. These give him power to help you.

Use Tricky to dig up the dirt patch in front of you. Have Tricky "Stay" on the pad so you can go through the opened door. Activate the switch. Now you can jump across the lava area. Do so.

Use Tricky again to dig through the crack in the wall. Move along and you will enter SnowHorn Wastes. Beat up the guys, then go save Tricky again.

Go speak to the SnowHorn. He's hungry.

There's a fire with some stones around it. Next to it is a dirt patch. Have Tricky dig up the ALPINE ROOT. Have Tricky dig up the dirt patch next to one of the downed trees to get the other ALPINE ROOT.

Have Tricky dig up the patch by the other downed tree and this leads you to a place where you can get a Staff Upgrade. Head back.

Give ALPINE ROOT to hungry SnowHorn. You will receive the SCARAB BAG.

Give him another ALPINE ROOT and he'll give you a movable block of ice. Scoot it over under the cliff so you can climb it continue your journey down the mountain back to ThornTail Hollow.

One the way down you'll run into a SnowHorn who is missing his GOLD ROOT. Ignore him. This comes into play much later in the game.

Continue down and pay off the guard to let you pass.

Work your way down the hall, through the water, and up to the gate you need to open. Open it.


Location - ThornTail Hollow
Mission - Collect WHITE GRUB TUBS for the Queen EarthWalker

You're back in ThornTail Hollow. Go back to the Queen.

The Queen needs some WHITE GRUB TUBS.

First thing you need to do is buy a FIREFLY LANTERN in the store.

Use Tricky to enter the circular building in the Hollow. Using a BOMB SPORE PLANT, open up a warp pad. Here you will get the STAFF ROCKET BOOST.

Use the STAFF ROCKET BOOST to get to the higher level. Plant a BOMB FLOWER, blow it up, and you now have a weight to place on the pad below to raise the gate.

Show the dinosaur behind the gate that you have a LANTERN, and he will move. Plant a BOMB SEED on the patch and blow it up.

Enter the underground tunnel/well and locate six WHITE GRUB TUBS. One is below you when you come down the ladder. Collect the FIREFLIES so you can light your LANTERN and make your way down the dark tunnel to your left. Here you will find the second WHITE GRUB TUB. You will also find a patch of soil. Plant a BOMB SPORE, blow up the plant and you see you have connected an area up above. Go back up and go into the next dark cave. With your LANTERN, locate the soil patch and plant a BOMB SPORE. Blow up the plant. Here is the third WHITE GRUB TUB. Head back up and locate the launch pad. Launch up and collect the fourth WHITE GRUB TUB. You are now at the point where you connected the bridge. Use it and collect number 5 and 6. Back to the Queen.

Feed the WHITE GRUB TUBS to the Queen. You will receive a mission and a SHARPCLAW PRISON KEY.


Head to SnowHorn Wastes.


Location - SnowHorn Wastes
Mission - Locate Garanda Te

Use the SHARPCLAW PRISON KEY on the gate.

Locate Garanda Te under the ice. Work with Tricky to let him go. While fighting off the bad guys, knock the WEEDS of of the tree. Have Tricky take them to the SnowHorn under the ice. He needs three to be freed.

Head back to ThornTail Hollow and jump in the Arwing. You are headed to DarkIce Mines.

DarkIce Mines
Location - DarkIce Mines
Mission - Locate the GateKeeper's Daughter and recover the SpellStone.

Use Tricky to tunnel through the crack in the snow. Through this path you will find the SHACKLE KEY. This key allows you to unlock SnowHorn Leg Shackles.

Upon unlocking a SnowHorn, you will receive the BRIDGE COG. Place it in the machinery down by the river. Cross the bridge and continue on.

Save the SnowHorn in trouble. Tricky will learn his fire attack.

Use Tricky's fire attack to enter the ice-covered cave in the channel the boulders are being thrown down. Locate the ALPINE ROOT.

Head back to the area with all of the SnowHorns, and have Tricky blow fire on the large ice covered entrance. Enter, then have Tricky blow fire on the logs. This will start a fire and open a tunnel for you. Take it.

In the tunnel, locate the second ALPINE ROOT, then take them both back to the hungry SnowHorn. Climb on his back and crash through the gates.

Use TRICKY to head through the ice covered tunnel and work your way up to the SHARPCLAW CANNON.

Kill the bad guys with the CANNON, and the door beneath you will open up. There you will find the BRIDGE COG.

Before you leave the SHARPCLAW CANNON use it to blow out the "X"ed door toward your right.

Go through that new door, and have Tricky blow fire on the iced over cave. Inside there is a BRIDGE COG.

The third BRIDGE COG is located in the "igloo" in the center of the area where all of the bad guys came from when you reached the CANNON.

Insert the BRIDGE COGs into the machinery, and cross the bridge.

Use Tricky to dig through the dirt, enter the area.

Shoot the symbol high on the wall with your FIRE STAFF. A timer starts. Have Tricky blow fire into all four grates of the center thing. This will open the wooden door.

Jump a la Indiana Jones across the emptiness. There is a bridge beneath you. Use Tricky to melt the ice from the DINOSAUR HORN.

Head back to the door you blew out earlier and find the DINOSAUR HORN symbol. Use your HORN.

Ride the SnowHorn while collecting ALPINE ROOTS through the flames. Have him crash open a door. Get off and proceed through door.

It seems Tricky has been captured.

Use your your staff to boost you into and area where huge snowballs are rolling at you. Follow their path to a point where a flame is shooting out. There is a symbol above the flame. Shoot it with your flame to receive the PRISON CELL KEY.

Use the key to free Tricky, and head over to the iced over door. Have Tricky melt it. Here is the second PRISON CELL KEY. Use it to free Belina Te.

In the cell, use Tricky to burrow a tunnel. Follow that path.

Use FIRE BLASTER to shoot hanging icicles you can now reach the Lever that lowers a gate

Jump from Ice Pad to Ice Pad until you reach cave opening on other side.

Enter, push Ice Block into the water. Now enter the path on the other side and work you way down to the mines.

Once down in the mines, head up the path from where the barrels are being tossed at you. Continue up the ladder until you reach another lever area where you need to insert your staff. Do so any you will have activated a magnetic thing of sorts.

Head back down the path to the FUEL BARREL. Get it up past the barrels to the red smoking vent area. The magnetic thing will grab it and take it up for you. Follow it.

Pick up the FUEL BARREL and get it to the crack in the wall. Break the wall with it and enter. Use your staff as a lever to lower the bridge by the barrel shhot out point. Cross it.

Follow the path of the snowballs and you will find another staff lever thing. Using it will connect the bridge above.

This bridge leads you to the CANNON. Use it to shoot out the two wooden "X"es. This will raise the platform to the door above the lava. Enter it and warp to Boss Galdon.

Hit Boss Galdon's tail with your staff and he will eat you. You're now inside his body with the SpellStone. Hit the Boss's "gagger" and you will be thrown up. Equip your fire staff. Notice in Galdon's pattern he sucks in something through the greenish heart area. When he sucks, shoot him with your fire staff. Repeat. A few good hits should get your your SpellStone.

Head Back to Dinosaur Planet

Dinosaur Planet
Location - ThornTail Hollow
Mission - Light the Beacons so the ThornTails Aren't Frightened.

The beacons need to be lit. Collect a FIRE WEED by whacking the fire weed tree, whacking a FIRE WEED to put out the flame, then collect it.

Place three FIRE WEEDS on the three beacons (people are missing the third, located behind the gate close to the Arwing...activate the switch above to open the gate), then use Tricky to ignite them. You will receive the MOON PASS KEY for doing so.


Location - Moon Mountain Pass/Force Point Temple
Mission - Return Spellstone

Head up Moon Mountain Pass and use the MOON PASS KEY on the gate.

Kill the guys in the fort to get rid of the life force door. Work your way up to the place where you have to insert the SpellStone, and insert it. Continue on ahead.

Use your fire staff to shoot through the different colored flames. Line up the flames with the orbs above. When the flame turns to the orb's color, shoot it. Do it for each orb and the door will unlock. Use the SpellStone again to open the door.

Kill the bad guys to open the life force door. Enter.

Have Tricky ignite the furnaces and work your way around to the flame. Behind the last flame there is a warp. Go down to collect the ICE BLAST for your staff.

Go back and use your ICE BLAST on the flames. Take the elevator down. Place the SpellStone and go through the newly opened door, then up the elevator.

Climb the ladder and put out the flames to open the circular stone door. Kill the bad guys to open the life force door and continue on.

Jump over the platforms. When you reach the other side, use your fire blaster on the symbols on the back of the platforms. Now Tricky can pass and ignite the furnace. Continue on and warp.

Insert your SpellStone into the stone centerpiece. Work your way back down to Moon Mountain Pass.

You will meet a Krazoa. He tells you to defeat the crature to collect the MOON SEEDS. There is a new tunnel. Go down it and collect your GROUND QUAKE for your staff.

Use the GROUND QUAKE attack on the creature, then whack him in the back when he turns around. Three hits should get you a MOONSEED.

Plant the MOONSEED and have Tricky blow fire on it to make it grow. Climb up the plant.

Continue planting MOODSEEDs to collect goodies. You'll get to an area where you need a BOMB SPORE. Plant one (there's a plant nearby if you're in need). Blow up the plant and continue on.

You'll encounter a flaming turtle dinosaur guy along the way. Whack him, then use your FREEZE BLAST on him to kill him.

Now you're blocked by a boulder. Collect the three bomb rocks around and place them on the 3 vents farthest from the boulder. Now you can get under the boulder.

Keep planting MOONSEEDs and climbing them. Eventually, you'll come to a warp pad. Take it.

Cross the pools. You need to raise one by turning around and hitting the symbol on the ceiling with your FIRE BLASTER.

Make it across the thin, crooked fire bridge, turn around and hit the symbol above and behind you again to raise the gate.

Take the Krazoa Test. Beat it and collect the second KRAZOA SPIRIT.

Head back down. Take FUEL BARREL across the wind-tunnel gap and blow up the cracked wall on the other side.

Head up the wind tunnel, then find your way back down the Moon Mountain Pass to ThornTail Hollow.

Head to the WarpStone and choose the Krazoa Path.


Location - Krazoa Palace
Mission - Return the Krazoa Spirit

Before entering the palace, be sure to collect FIREFLIES from the crates outside.

In Krazoa Palace, kill all of the bad guys to open the life force door.

Run back and collect the timed Fuel Canister. Enter the newly opened door. Use your FIREFLY LANTERN to guide you up the ramp, forward, then down to the crack in the wall. Doing this in time will open up a path for you. Take it.

Hit the switch up above with your FIRE BLASTER, this will move the flames. Now run the fuel canister through them and open the doorway.

Here, once again, use your FIRE BLASTER to hit the orbs with the right flame colors.

The doors open when you stp on the weigt. Go through them, then up the little elevator thing.

Take the wind tunnels to the highest point possible (center one first, then the highest one you can reach to the top floor). From this highest level, take one of the wind tunnels on the side on up. You will find yourself outside on the roof. Approach what's her face, and it will be revealed to you where you can release the spirit. Release it. Back to Dinosaur Planet with you.

The WarpStone is so happy with you, you get the MEDIUM SCARAB BAG. Congrats! You can now hold 100 SCARABS!

It looks like Cape Claw is our next destination.

Head toward Cape Claw (gated area near ship). You need 60 SCARABS to pass. Pay it.


Location - Cape Claw
Mission - Save the Queen CloudRunner

Get through the maze. Head down the ladder then across, then up the other ladder. You are now in Cape Claw.

Work your way down to the beach. Have Tricky dig up a GOLD BAR in a secret spot.

Pay guy 25 SCARABS to pass.

Meet HighTop, he will ask for 4 GOLD BARS.

On the beach to the left of HighTop, there is a GOLD BAR. Use Tricky to dig it up.

Use Tricky to burn thorn door. Fight the bad guys and have Tricky dig up the GOLD BAR in the puddle.

The fourth GOLD BAR is located under a crate on the beach closer to the temple. Take the GOLD BARs back to HighTop. In return, he will make the ladder on the temple accessible to you.

Climb the ladder and use the staff as a lever to open the gate.

Go through the gate and push all of the blocks over the grates when the gasses come in. This lifts a cage on the beach. Go to it. Find the CloudRunner.

You are told your next mission. You must go back the ThornTail Hollow to get the Arwing. Go there.

CloudRunner Fortress
Location - CloudRunner Fortress
Mission - Find the SpellStone and save the CloudRunners

Open the gate by activating the switch in the water down below, then making it through the three circles in 30 seconds. Once this is done, a symbol will appear above the gate. Shoot it with your FIRE BLASTER.

Head up the spiral then down the ladder to insert your staff in the lever switch. The door is now opened for you. Use it.

You've been captured and are staffless. Just great. Move the block and go through the door. You need a disguise.

Work your way past the sleeping guard and into the room with the wind tunnel. Place the FUEL BARREL in the wind tunnel and step on the switch. Put on your SharpClaw disguise.

Head back to sleeping guard and staff. Pick up your staff.

Free everyone in the room by using the lever staff. You will receive the POWER ROOM KEY, to access the fortress generator.

Use FIRE BLASTER on symbol by wind tunnel room and continue through the door. Climb up.

Get to the platform and hit the switch on the right. Run to the door. Put out the flame, the rocket boost up. Here you will receive the LIGHT GEM.

Back to the middle platform. Hit the middle switch. Climb up the boxes behind you and work your way to the opened gate. Here is the next LIGHT GEM.

From the platform to your left is a ladder that needs to be dropped. Climb the crate next to it and smash the crate above. Here is a lever switch which will drop the ladder. Climb up the ladder and put out the flames.

Back on the platform hit the switch on the left. This will raise the gate past the flames you just put out. Go there and get the last LIGHT GEM.

To the right of the platform there is room asking for your POWER ROOM KEY. Insert the key. In a timely fashion, place the LIGHT GEMS on the platforms with the corresponding colors. You have activated the generator.

A wind tunnel to the left of the platform is activated. Take it up, fight the bad guys, then on the pad but on your SHARPCLAW DISGUISE. The gate will open.

Run around into a small room with the FUEL BARREL pad. Go up the ladder and remove your disguise with the "B" button.

Head back down and kill all of the SharpClaws to open the life force door. Go back to the costume pad and put your SHARPCLAW DISGUISE back on. Enter and collect the FUEL BARREL. Run the FUEL BARREL to the pad, collect it on the upper level, and toss it at the wooden plank door. Get your disguise off then continue through the new door.

Work your way up to the queen (SHARPCLAW DISGUISE must be on to drop the ladders). Activate the two levers (one you have to jump from queen's cage to a crate to the lever). Back through the opened door with the SHARPCLAW DISGUISE.

Get the FUEL BARREL, guide it across the wind tunnel, toss it at the pillar below the cage and free the Queen CloudRunner. Receive the CLOUDRUNNER FLUTE.

Exit area and save your first baby CloudRunner on the right. Once you defeat the SharpClaw, blow the FLUTE. Looks like there's another one. Save it.

The third baby CloudRunner requires you to drop down from where you saved the second, work your way through the rubble, climb down the ladder, only to use your ROCKET BLASTER to get back up to save him. Once you save him, you'll see the last baby that needs to be saved. You know where it is. Head there and save him. Once all of them are saved, head back to the Queen.

The Queen opens a door for you. Near where you saved the first baby, there is a ladder down. Take it and work your way around to the door.

Work your way around, collect the FIREFLIES, go into the tunnel, turn off the wind tunnel up, and use your FIREFLY LANTERN to guide you. Notice a crack in the wall.

Backtrack all the way upstairs and put on the SHARPCLAW DISGUISE. Pick up the FUEL BARREL, and head down the wind tunnel right next to it (you deactivated it downstairs). Work your way to the crack in the wall and toss the FUEL BARREL. Head down the ladder. Remove the DISGUISE. Time to ride. Win and collect the Second SpellStone.

Time to find the Ocean Force Point Temple.

Dinosaur Planet
Location - Cape Claw/Ocean Force Point Temple
Mission - Return SpellStone

Head back to Cape Claw.

Save the dino on the beach nearest the entrance. You will receive the FIRE GEM.

Head to the temple area, up the ladder which was once brought down for you. There is a Disguise Pad there. Put on your SHARPCLAW DISGUISE.

Have Tricky stay on the pad so you can use the lever. Activate it. Now you can swim behind the waterfall.

Work your way behind the waterfall to the room with the fire breathing Krazoa Statue. Put out the flame, grab the FIRE GEM. The water will rise. Continue out the door.

Enter the temple again the way you did the first time. The room has no water. Insert your FIRE GEMS into the two statues.

There's a lever on the other side of the room. Use it to bring the pedestal down. Get Tricky on it, raise him up, and have him breathe fire onto the door. This will open a new door. Enter.

Enter, cross the room, turn around and shoot the symbol with your FIRE BLAST. Water will rise. Work your way around until your reach a doorway for Tricky to flame. Once he does this, push the block into the water and hit the symbol again. The water will fall, push the block over the weight, and enter the opened door.

Here's a pretty beach. Climp up the ladders and insert the SpellStone. Move on.

Here you will run into electrically charged tiles. You have to clear the tiles one row at a time. Have Tricky stay on the pad so you get the tiles on the wall to light up. These are the "safe" tiles, but they're still tough to read. The bottom row is the first set of tiles you will encounter. Looking at the chart and at the bottom row, see which tile is lit up. Say it's the tile on the far right. Turn around and face the real tiles. The safe one in that row is also the tile on the far right. Go there, depress the tile, and it's safe to walk on all the first row tiles now. Work your way up the chart in the same way until you've cleared it.

Swim around to the pool on your left. Kill the guys in the water by shooting them when they expose their necks. Work your way up the path and use your lever on the switches.

Now you can swim around the channels and get yourself up to the warp pad. Shoot the green gem through a green flame to activate the warp pad. Warp.

Go through the door in front of you and head right. Use your lever to lower the water, then use the disguise pad to put on your SHARPCLAW DISGUISE.

A door drops and reveals a block. Drag it around the corner and into the slot in the center area. You can now climb back into the center thing. Before you do, though, use your staff on the lever switch behind you and open the circle door. Jump up through the center area and across to the lever switch, hit it, raise the water and go through the circle door.

In this room there are four statues with switches below them, a centerpiece flame thing, and a grate. Have Tricky ignite the grate, then you're timed. Your goal is to put out the flames in the center with the statues. When you hit a symbol below a statue, the statue spits out water. Put out all four flames to open the next door and reveal a puzzle to you.

Use your FIRE BLASTER on the block with the symbols on it and guide the block through the maze between the two lights. It make take a couple of tries, but it's easy to figure out.

A launch pad is revealed. Use it. Work your way around to the flame that changes colors. Hit the orb behind it with the right color and a bridge will be at your feet. Take it to the warp pad and warp.

Insert the second SpellStone into the appropriate slot.

Done and done. Looks like it's time to head back to ThornTail Hollow. One your way there you will be captured by the dino who you took the FIRE GEM from long ago.


Location - LightFoot Village
Mission - Locate the Krazoa Spirit

A CloudRunner will help you defeat the jerks. Welcome the LightFoot Village.

Near the foot of the platform you are on is a secret patch. Have Tricky dig up the first WOODEN BLOCK CARVING.

Work your way over to the plot of ground with the thorns blocking the door (toward the NE). Have Tricky ignite the door so you can go through. Have Tricky dig up the secret, a WOODEN BLOCK CARVING. Blast up on the pad.

On the far east side, on a plot of land, there is another secret patch. Have Tricky dig it up and you have your third WOODEN BLOCK CARVING.

Near where you were tied up, there are stumps in the water that allow you to jump across and enter the network of houses on the water. Work your way up and over to the dinos who offer you a test. Choose one. Beat it, then choose the other. A door will open up to you below your entry point (you may have to insert all three WOODEN BLOCK CARVINGs in the area you were tied up in for the door to open, also, as I can't find any other purpose for them and I had inserted them prior to taking the tests). Enter the door and go down the ladder.

Climb up to the switch that moves the Totem Pole. Shoot at the different sections of the Totem to create what looks like, the image of a snake. Once complete the gated door will open up.

Continue down the tunnel and warp.

Rocket boost up to the second level, hit the weight, and run across the room before the gate closes. Same deal in the next room. And the room after that.

Approach the Krazoa Spirit to take Test 3 - The Test of Fear. When taking this test do not look at anything but the green bar. What is going on around you does not matter. Keeping the red line within the green bar with your control stick is all that matters. Once you complete the test, you are given the third Krazoa Spirit. Nice Moves!

Exit LightFoot Village through the gate and find your way back to the WarpStone and Krazoa Palace.


Location - Krazoa Palace
Mission - Return Krazoa Spirit

In Krazoa Palace, take the elevator/platform thing up. Move forward. Jump into the windtunnels. On one of the lower levels, there's a disguise pad. Use it and put on your SHARPCLAW DISGUISE. Enter the doorway and stand on the pad to release the Krazoa Spirit. Back to Dinosaur Planet with you.


Location - ThornTail Hollow
Mission - Save the ThornTail's Eggs

By the WarpStone, there's a ThornTail in distress. Talk to her. Eggs are being stolen, you must help. Go into the cave and beat up the egg robbers. If it gets out of hand, use your Ground Quake attack on them...they hate that.

Once you succeed, a green hole is opened up for you. Take it down. Receive the PORTAL DEVICE. Exit back out, and head to Tricky's mother.

Use your new PORTAL DEVICE to open the door behind Tricky's mom. Now you can take the Arwing to the Walled City.

Walled City
Location - Walled City
Mission - Save the King EarthWalker and get the SpellStone.

Cross the bridge. In front of you is the temple. On your left is a small building with a sun on it. Head over and enter the halo on the ground. Use your Ground Quake move. This will raise the sun in the middle of the small platform. Go to the temple and work your way around and up it. Eventually, you'll come to an open door. Enter, and work your way down and around. You'll find yourself on top of the small platform with the raised center (if you did it in time). Have Tricky blow into the grate, and the Sun Pad will be activated.

Diagonally across from the Sun Platform is the Moon Platform. Do exactly the same thing that you did with the Sun Platform, and you will now have opened an underground passage to the temple. Take it and meet up with the King EarthWalker.

The King talks to you about teeth and a magic cave. Time to move on.

Exit the temple and go straight across the bridge. Go right and have tricky burn the twigs that are blocking the climbing wall. Climb the wall. Plant a Bomb Spore in the patch of dirt, blow it up, and head down into the cave. You have now earned yourself a SUPER GROUND QUAKE! Badda bing!

Time to kick some dino butt. Use your new Uber Ground Quake to knock over the mean dinos surrounding the temple. Once they're down, toss a FUEL BARREL their way (one located by sun platform, one by moon). When you kill them all, the life force door will open for you. Cross back over the bridge, turn right, the head up the spiral into the newly opened door. Inside, you will receive the GOLD REDEYE TOOTH.

Locate the four EarthWalkers. One is to the left of the crossed over bridge, one is to the right (beneath the Life Force door). One is by the entryway, and one is behind the sun platform area, above the waterhole. Shoot the symbols in the trees with your FIRE BLASTER. Once they're all shot, a ring will appear in the river by the Arwing. Jump through the ring, and the race is on. Make it all the way around the river and down the waterfall. If you do it in time you will receive the SILVER REDEYE TOOTH.

Go back to where you met the King and insert the TEETH. Take the newly revealed pathway.

Dear God! This boss looks tough! Thank goodness he's not too hard :). Use your FIRE BLASTER to open the cages with the FUEL BARRELs inside. Grab one. Run the opposite direction the Boss is going until you are at the opposite side of the hallway from him. He will scream at you. When he nears the end of his scream, place yourself on the lightning pad. He'll walk through the electrified area and fall. When he's down, toss your FUEL BARREL at his face. Do this four times and you'll have earned yourself the third SpellStone. Go you!

Time to head back to Dinosaur Planet.

Dinosaur Planet
Location - Moon Mountain Pass/Force Point Temple
Mission - Return SpellStone

Time to head to the Volcanic Force Point Temple again, beyond Moon Mountain Pass. You know the way. You've done it before.

Work your way up the Volcanic Force Point Temple as you did before, until you get to the area where you insert the SpellStone into the circular area with lava below. To get to the opened door, you must go down below into the lava and use your ice blaster on the moving platforms to put out the fire. Jump onto the climbable wall and move up. Go through the newly opened door and ride the platform up.

Upstairs you have another locked door. Notice the colored flames leading to the door, Blue, Green, Red, Yellow. Climb the ladder and extinguish the flames with your ICE BLASTER in that order to unlock the door. Continue on.

Kill the bad guys, then have Tricky stay on the pad so you can climb the ladder, extinguish the flames, flip the lever switch and go through the opened gate.

Have tricky stand on the pad in this next room, too. Extinguish the flames on the moving platform and shoot the orbs above using the colored flame in the center. To get the orbs on the side, stand as close to the flame on the platform as possible.

Go through the newly opened door and warp.

Insert your SpellStone, then exit and head back to the Hollow.


Location - Thorntail Hollow
Mission - Save the ThornTails

Save the five ThornTails from the mean bats. The one by the WarpStone does not need rescuing, but the one past the gate on your way to Cape Claw does. For saving them you will receive the LARGE SCARAB BAG.

Collect enough SCARABS to buy the SNOWHORN ARTIFACT in the store.


Location - SnowHorn Wastes
Mission - Collect the Fourth Krazoa Spirit

With the SNOWHORN ARTIFACT in hand, head to SnowHorn Wastes and find the old SnowHorn missing his artifact (up the hill to your left, jump over the glaciers to reach him). Give him the Artifact.

Begin your "challenge" by blowing your HORN. The first pad you're running to is directly behind the old SnowHorn (tricky). Use Tricky to melt the ice blocking your way. The next one is located down this same path. You need to knock down the tree with your FIRE BLASTER (shoot at the eyes) to get to the other side of the water.

Continue down the path and the next pad is pretty much right in front of you. The next one is right next to the entrance where you paid off the guard. Go straight then through the gate on your right, then up the hill to the left to get to the next one. Head down to the water, shoot out the eyes of the tree to make it fall over and form a bridge. Cross it, then climb up the wall. Blow your horn on the last pad, and you've opened a gate.

The gate that opens is located across the water from the second horn pad you had to run to. Jump in the water, swim across, and there you are. Warp.

Move forward, climb the ladder. Shoot the bats, then grab the FUEL BARREL, cross the path, and toss the FUEL BARREL at the wall.

Go back and grab the FUEL BARREL. Set it on the pad, then use your staff in the lever slot to ensure the FUEL BARREL makes it across safely. Go meet up with the FUEL BARREL. Guide it through the wind tunnel, then set it on the pad so you can fight the bad guy. Pick it back up, then toss it over the flames to open the next door.

You will meet the Krazoa Spirit. This is Test 4 - The Test of Strength. Press the "A" button repeatedly. How easy was that?

Your Krazoa Spirit needs to go to the Palace. You know how to get there.


Location - Krazoa Palace
Mission - Return the 4th Krazoa Spirit

Wind Tunnels again. Go one floor above your entry level and find the door begging for the PORTAL DEVICE. Use it and give up your fourth Krazoa Spirit.


Location - ThornTail Hollow
Mission - Find the Next GateKeeper

Find the ThornTail that hangs out near the circular building which leads to the well. He is the GateKeeper. Now you can go to Dragon Rock.

Location - Dragon Rock
Mission - Locate Final SpellStone

Apon arrival, far out and to your left, there is a building in the wall. Climb the ladders while avoiding the fire.

Locate the FUEL BARREL, and get it to the fuel pad unharmed. Use your staff/lever in the switch to activate the thing that picks up the FUEL BARREL, and use the pads to shut off the flames so the FUEL BARREL makes it unharmed to the other side. Pick it up and toss it at the planks blocking the door and enter.

Work your way around and up and insert your staff in the switch. This takes down the gate caging in the EarthWalker. Leave the building, run across the valley, and speak to the EarthWalker.

Jump on the EarthWalker's back and destroy some generators. These are the green cracks in the wall. One is located on the center structure. One is to the right of the initial building you entered. One is located in a rock next to the Arwing. The final one is located in a pointy rock in the back right area of the valley. Now all the sheilds of the shooter robots are down, and it's your job to put them out of commission with your FIRE BLASTER.

Once you shoot down all four robots, a gate will open at the bottom of the initial building you entered. Go there and continue on in.

You'll find a trapped Dino. There's a launch pad behind him. Use it to get up to the next level and speak to him. Quickly shoot the symbols with your FIRE BLASTER to free him.

Hop on his back. As he walks, it's your job to shoot at the ships that come out of the center structure. When you succeed, the Dino will open a gate for you. Continue through.

Open the life force door up the ladder by killing all of the guys down below (hit them with your staff, ICE BLAST them, while they're frozen, smack them with your staff again.

Have tricky stand on the pad next to the FUEL BARREL to have the robot come pick it up. Shoot the symbols under the flames to clear the path for the FUEL BARREL. Meet the FUEL BARREL up the ladder (you may have to step on the pad again to let the FUEL BARREL down), and take it into the wind tunnels through the opened life force door. Avoid the flames, and toss the FUEL BARREL and the blocked door.

Through the door, use the lever switch to move the CloudRunner cage. Head back down and have Tricky ignite the furnace under the cage to burn through the rope holding the cage up. Hop on the CloudRunner's back.

Once again, your job is to protect your ride. However, this time you must also shoot out the four spires that protect the tower. Shoot at the red dots.

Now it's time to face Boss Drakor. He's a fairly easy boss to beat assuming you have one or two extra lives saved up. Just shoot at him. It seemed as though damage only occurred when he was facing you. Shoot at the blue orbs he shoots at you, shoot at the mines, and shoot at the symbols to turn off the flames. Pretty simple, really.

Once you beat the guy, you receive the 4th SpellStone.

Dinosaur Planet
Location - Cape Claw/Ocean Force Point Temple
Mission - Return Final SpellStone

Head to Cape Claw

Once in Cape Claw, go to the beach where you freed the Queen CloudRunner and though the rock on your right. Use your PORTAL DEVICE on the door. Put out the flames, and get yourself on the cannon. On the cannon, blow out the door to the temple (in the mouth). Head over there and enter.

You've been here before. Work your way through the exact same way you did before, through the electrified tiles and up to the warp pad. Warp and go through the door in front of you. This time, however, we're heading through the door on the left.

In the next room, push the block up against the platform to your right and go up. Use your staff/lever in the switch. Head on around to the disguise pad, put on your SHARPCLAW DISGUISE, go through the door that opens and use your staff/lever again. Go through the door that opens into the next room.

In this next room, use your lever/staff on the switch to the right. You've played this game of putting out the flames before, but this time it's color specific. Complete the task in the alotted time and move on to the next room.

You've played this maze game before, too. Same thing. Get the block between the flames without having it touch the sides, and a launch pad will reveal itself.

Launch and work your way around upstairs until you get to the flame that changes colors. Get up to the edge and shoot it to match the orb on the other side. The bridge comes out and you warp.

Insert the SpellStone. You should be done, but you're not. Head back to ThornTail Hollow. You will find out that you need to return to the Walled City in your Arwing. Do so.

Walled City
Location - Walled City
Mission - Collect the Fifth Krazoa Spirit

Head straight to the King EarthWalker. You must return both the Sun and Moon Stones to the temple.

Heading over the bridge on the left first. You have a puzzle to solve. Block closest to you goes right. Push the box in the same row now back to touch this moved box, then push it over. Now the other box in this new row needs to be pushed back to touch this box, then over again. The last box is just pushed straight into the sun symbol. Complete this and an "eyehole" of sorts is opened up. Go up to the temple, stand on the pad in the center, and use your "Z" button to look at the symbol in front of you. Zoom in on it, the light will shine and a door will open below you. Enter it and move the blocks so the symbols on the outside of them are facing outward when pushed into their spots. A door will open. Enter.

In this room, stand in the ring and give it a SUPER GROUND QUAKE. Run right and activate the switch. Enter the area and head left, back, and around to the flames. Extinguish the flames and activate the next switch. Head back and around, go around the right, then take your second right right. Shoot the symbol over the hole, then go around back and left. Have Tricky burn down the weeds, then activate the switch. Head behind you and out the door.

Use your PORTAL DEVICE on the next door. Hit the symbols in this order: Left, Top, Right. Take the bridge across, and grab the SUN STONE.

Now, backtrack way out and head over the bridge on the left where the Moon Temple is. You have a similar puzzle to deal with. Push the farthest block from you left. From where you entered, push the block close and right to the left. Now push the block farthest from the right at your entry point across. Push the last block over to the first block you moved, then forward, then right. This opens up another "eyehole" for you. Look at it the same way you did before. Enter the door below that opens up.

In the Moon Temple activate the switch. The tiles fall when you stand on them, but you have a few seconds to stand on them before they fall. Work your way across slowly so you can make it through the last gate.

In the next room, use your SUPER GROUND QUAKE, then work your way through the invisible maze through the door.

Use your PORTAL DEVICE on the Portal Door, then shoot the symbols in this order: Left, Top, Right. Walk across the bridge and collect the MOON STONE.

Go back under the main temple where you once inserted the TEETH. Insert the MOON STONE and the SUN STONE in the statues. Head up to the door that opened on top of the temple. Warp.

Climb up the ladder, step on the switch and work your way across the wind tunnels.

In this next room, go across the wind tunnels, put out the flames, turn around, shoot the symbol with your FIRE BLASTER and go into the next room.

In the next room, just hit the switch and get across. Here you will meet the 5th Krazoa Spirit. It's time for the TEST OF KNOWLEDGE.

From the entrance:

Middle Right: WOODEN BLOCK
Far Right: CLAW

You now have the 5th KRAZOA SPIRIT. Head back to Dinosaur Planet, you will land on top of Krazoa Palace.

Dinosaur Planet
Location - Krazoa Palace
Mission - Return the Fifth Krazoa Spirit, Collect and Return the Sixth Krazoa Spirit, and Fight the Last Boss

Head down. On the same level where you put on your SHARPCLAW DISGUISE to give up your K SPIRIT, there's another door with red flames of both side. Enter it. There is now a wind tunnel which allows you to cross the room. Do so. Give up your KRAZOA SPIRIT. Head back up to the roof.

Go to the area that opened up and warp. Go stand in the light in the center. It's time to fight the big guy. Take a swing at Scales. He will give up the final KRAZOA SPIRIT. You are warped back up. Run forward and give up the KRAZOA SPIRIT.

Krystal is released,as is the big bad guy. You go up in your Arwing and find the bad guy is Andross.

Fighting the last boss is rather annoying. It's rather tedious, and the fact you are sucked in if you don't jam your control stick in one direction while pounding on the L or R button is quite annoying. But anyway, here's what you have to do: Shoot out the blue areas of the face while avoiding the rings that are shot out of Andross's mouth. Once the eyes and forehead are shot out, you'll be looking at the real Andross. You are now aiming for the blue things on his hands. He does a swat, swat, clap. Then he spits rocks at you, then he tries to suck you in. It's very easy to shoot out the spots on his hand if you can avoid being sucked it. Like I said before, to avoid this (and having to start all over) jam your control stick far one direction, and use your spin move with either the R or L button. I also recommend using the Y button for a little boost. Once you shoot off his hands, you have to do the whole thing over again, with more obstacles. When the stone face turns around, you'll have the rings coming at you and some ships. Just avoid them and shoot out the eyes and forehead again. When Andross turns back around you're going for the hands again. However, this time, after the slap, slap, clap, he shoots rings out of his hands. You can shoot the blue things on his hands while he's shooting out the rings, but I recommend simply avoiding the rings during that time and shooting his hands again when he reverts to the slap, slap, clap move again. Once you blow off Andross's hands for a second time, he'll try to suck you in. Just let him try. It looks like your old friend Falco is back in town, rearing to help. Andross will spit rocks at you. Shoot them. He'll put out ships at you. Shoot them. When he spits out more rocks, Falco will drop a box for you. Shoot it. This is a bomb. When Andross stops spitting out rocks, and he opens up his mouth again, use your B button to shoot the bomb into his mouth. Yummy. This will turn Andross into a nice shade of invisible, with his brain exposed. Shoot at his brain. Use your Y button boost to avoid his head as he tried to strike you. Run his life meter down and you are done with the game. Congrats! You worked hard.
