As adult Link, call Epona. Ride her to the Westernmost point of Hyrule Field. Go up the path and you'll find a broken bridge. You'll need to gather some speed and hit the bridge head on. This will make Epona jump the bridge.

Get off, and talk to the Master Carpenter. He'll explain that his workers need to be saved. Hop back on Epona, and continue up the path.

You are now in Gerudo's Fortress.

Run up to a guard. She'll capture you and put you in a cell. Use your Longshot to get up to the window. Take out the 3 guards below with arrows. Drop down.

Immediately, go into the door on your left (if you're facing the fortress, it is the leftmost door). Go in. Speak to the Carpenter in the jail cell. You'll have to fight a Gerudo Thief. Once you dispose of her, a SMALL KEY will pop out. Use it on the jail cell to free the Carpenter. He tell you there are 3 more Carpenters left to find.

Exit through the next door and you'll be back outside. Enter the door on your left. There are 4 crates on your right, for orientation. Enter, go past the crates and head up the ramp to your right. This puts you back outside. Take of the guard and enter the door there. You are now in Thievs' Hideout.

Walk up to the jail cell and talk to the Carpenter. You'll have to fight another Gerudo Thief. She'll give you a SMALL KEY. Open the jail cell and free the Carpenter. Go up the ramp and outside.

Jump down a ledge, and enter the door across the way. You are back inside. Go down the ramp and talk to the guy in the jail cell. Fight the Gerudo Thief. She'll give you a SMALL KEY. Use it to free the Carpenter in the jail cell. Exit the door. You are back outside.

Go through the middle door again...with the 4 crates outside of it. Go through the hallway and into the room with the 2 guards and the red boiling pot on the stove. There is also a table in this room. Go up the ramp on the other side. You are now outside. If it's night, and you look to your right, you'll see a Gold Skulltula that you can reach with your Longshot. Drop down the ledge and go back inside. Take a right and then a left (between the two wooden poles). This is the last Carpenter. Talk, fight, get SMALL KEY, free carpenter...you know the routine. This is the last Carpenter that you have to free. He says to come visit him in Gerudo Valley (they'll repair the bridge for you).

Talk to the Gerudo outside the jail cell that appears. She'll give you the GERUDO'S MEMBERSHIP CARD. Now, you have unfettered access to Gerudo's Fortress.

Go out and call Epona. Go to the SE of the map. There is a skills challenge here. You have to ride Epona and shoot at targets. If you get 1000 points, you'll get a Heart Piece. If you get 1500 points you get the BIGGEST QUIVER which can hold 50 arrows.

Spend 10 Rupees to enter the Training Ground. It's the gated door in the SE of your map.

There are two treasure chests in the entrance, in them you will find ARROWS and BOMBCHUS.

Use Din's Fire to light the two torches. This raises the bars on the left lion door. Enter.

In this room you have 1 minute to defeat the Iron Knuckle. When you do so, you'll get a treasure chest with a rupee in it and the bars will raise to the next room. Go through.

Here you must gather all of the jewels (aka Silver Rupees) in 1:30. Use your Longshot to get to high ones, slash through icicles to find hidden ones, kill the Freezzard, and make sure the one by the "pit" is the last one you get. If you get it earlier, it will you'll have to start the whole process over. Once you get them all, the bars on the door across the way will be lifted. Use your Longshot to pass through the flames and get through the door.

In this room you have one minute to kill all of the enemies in the room. Once you do this, the bars on the door will be raised an you'll get some ARROWS in a treasure chest.

Notice how Navi's trying to tell you something. Use your LENS OF TRUTH to see the hole in the wall. Stand back from it and play the Song of Time to make a block so you can reach it. Climb up and you'll see it's iced over. There's BLUE FIRE in the room below. Collect some and release it on the ice. You'll see a door. Nice. Go through it.

You're now in a room with lava below. Longshot to the top of the structure and look down. Locate the switch below to raise the bars on the door.

Get down to the rotating main level and shoot the four eyes of the statue. This will drop a treasure chest with a BOMBCHU in it.

Go through the newly opened door. Here you will, once again, have one minute to kill all of the enemies in the room. When you do this the bars on the doors will be lifted and you'll get some ARROWS in a treasure chest.

Note the switch above the door. Hit it with an arrow, then step on the switch in the room. This will get you to a treasure chest with a SMALL KEY inside.

Exit out the door with the switch above it. Hit the rusty switch with your hammer. This will provide you with a Longshot point. Take it.

From this point, locate the unlit torch next to the barred door. Hit it with a FIRE ARROW and the flames on the platforms will temporarily go down. Now you need to collect all of the Silver Rupees in the room. Remember your HOVER BOOTS.

Once you collect them all, the bars on the door next to the torch will open. Go through it.

Now you're told to collect the underwater gems. Burn the webbing, then kill the big jellyfish. Put on your ZORA TUNIC and IRON BOOTS and jump in. Look out for the enemies and either swim around or use the LONGSHOT points along the wall to get to the Silver Rupees.

Collecting all of the Silver Rupees will give you a treasure chest with a SMALL KEY inside. Swim up to get it. Exit out of the room and go back into the lava room.

Here, Longshot to the lit torch across the way, climb the stairs and go through the door.

In this room you have one minute to defeat the bad guys. In the treasure chest is a SMALL KEY.

Go back to the lava/fire/hookshot point room and go through the hall behind the upper hookshot point. Go through the door on your left and through the next door. You'll be at the main entrance.

Go through the center door. Work your way around the various cages/pathways until you can hit the switch in the middle with a hammer. This will reveal a treasure chest. But, in order to get to it, you have to go back to the room with the statue with the 4 eyes that you got to through the left door in the main entrance area. Work your way around until you get there...you're going to have to call the block with the Song of Time to get there. Stay on the second floor and go through the door there. This is where the treasure chest is. You'll get the ICE ARROWS.

Exit the Training Ground.

Go to the west side of the Gerodo Fortress area and climb the ladder next to the gate. The woman will raise the gate for you. You will find yourself in the Haunted Wasteland.

Immediately there will be a river of sand. Longshot across to one of the crates.

Follow the red flags to a small stone structure. Enter it first and fall to the bottom. Use Din's Fire to light the torches and kill the Golden Skulltula. Collect the token and open up the treasure chest for a big Rupee.

Exit out and walk around to the top of the stone structure. The Plaque atop will tell you to use the LENS OF TRUTH. Turn it on and you'll see a Poe in front of you. He will guide you through the desert. Follow him.

The Poe will lead you to some more red flags. Once you pass these you'll be in the Desert Colassus.

Fight the Leevers and walk over to the oasis in the southern area. Stand on the stone next to the pool and play the Song of Storms. Now you have your own personal Fairy Fountain.

Now, walk up to the building entrance and enter the Spirit Temple.

Inside the Spirit Temple collect the BOMBCHUS from the treasure chest on top of the stairs. Use it on the tall pillar by the entryway to hit the switch on top of it. This will drop another chest with more BOMBCHUS.

Now, there's not much you can do, and a sign is telling you to return with the "heart of a child". Exit the Spirit Temple and you will meet up with Sheik. She will teach you the Requiem of Spirit. This will bring you back to the temple once you do what you need to do, and that's return as a kid. So, play the Prelude of Light to get back to the Temple of Time, become a kid then warp right back here. Now, we're ready to enter the Spirit Temple for real.
