Banjo Kazooie/Tooie
Too Kiddy or Refreshing Change?
Banjo's for kids! I won't touch it.
Great story, characters, and gameplay. A nice change of pace.

Review:
From the developers at RareWare (GoldenEye, Conker's), Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie are two of the best games we've played. Although they are often discarded as being "too childish" it is exactly this attribute which makes them so attractive. The settings are bright and colorful. The characters are dynamic, cute, cuddly, crass, and sarcastic; a perfect blend. Game play is excellent, but, has it's little bugs (like getting the camera to line up directly behind Banjo). However, the quality of the overall experience makes up for any faults. They are both well worth playing.

Remember the much talked about secrets from Banjo Kazooie that were supposed to make their way into Banjo Tooie? You know, the ice key, etc. Well, no hot swapping of cartridges ever came true, so we have yet to wonder. Perhaps the GBA's Banjo game will answer our queries.
