Reach the Imperial landing zone before the transports lift off.
You are on a Speeder Bike (Swoop Bike). Just stay at a normal speed and when you get to the mine droids just
keep holding down your fire button and try to blow them up before you get to them. Also,
you'll have a few TIE Fighters to deal with from above. Once you get far enough, you'll end up on foot.
Stop the ground transport that's carrying Tycho.
There are a series of Tripod Turret Guns (e-web guns) which you will need to man in succession in order to stop the transport
ship. Basically, fire with your Blaster and then man the turret. Then, shoot any immediate threats, like
regular enemies or droids, then, aim at the transport. After about 4 Tripod Turret Guns in succession you'll
disable the transport and you and Tycho can escape. Be aware that there is Health near several of the tripod
turret guns.
Follow Tycho back to the Rebel landing zone.
You are back on the Speeder Bike. Follow Tycho. There will be many gaps that you need to jump. You can make
the jumps by using your Speed Boost (R-Button) which will carry you across the gap.
When you land, pull back on your control stick a little
to soften the landing. Keep firing the entire time. Just stay on the path and you'll be fine.
Soon enough you'll get a cut scene.

If you haven't read the "Gold Medal Strategies" section in the Introduction, do so.
I had the most trouble with kills in this one. In the first section, be sure to take out as many of those
droids as you can. At first I was going too fast and flying by them. I had to slow down a little and make
sure to get every one of them. Sure, still go fast, but not out of control fast.
In the next section where you are manning the Tripod Turret Guns, it's not so much how many times you hit
the transport with the turret gun, it's the fact that you hit it with 4 different turret guns. Therefore,
man the first one, lay into the transport until you see an explosion. Then, immediately go for the next one.
Along the way, take out any droids or enemies you can. In my experience, it was easier to kill the enemies
that came out of the transport using my regular blaster on foot than manning the turret gun. So, just make sure
that you get some laser shots in on the transport from each of the 4 turret guns. Like I said, don't worry too
much about the quantity. Just try to stay ahead of the transport to save time. When you get to the fourth
turret gun, make sure to kill the 3 enemies that come out before you hit the ship again so that way you get 3 more kills
before the next section starts. In the final section, try to take out the 2 enemy Speeder Bikes that come up from behind you.
Also, near the last jump (before you land in the water/river) there will be about 3 more droids. Easy kills although hard
to see. I had to do this one about 8 times before I got it. My stats were 4:02, 44 kills, and 42% accuracy.
Destroy Imperials threatening the shield generator.
This is an all out battle. The field of battle is the area around the energy shield. The energy shield
is the translucent glowing dome in the middle of the city. Your job is to protect that dome. As soon
as you start, head right and follow the bridge into town and take out the APCs (tanks) and the AT-PTs (small
walkers). Then, take out as many more of those as you can find around the area.
You're going to have some AT-ATs (large walkers) coming at you soon. You can do the good ol' trusty cable around their legs using the Tow Cable technique (deploy Tow Cable with B-Button when you get the icon and the beeping). Or, better yet, the scientists whom you're protecting have left some very handy bombs along the outside of the energy dome. They are the small flashing things. Fly down there and deploy your tow line (B-Button) when you see and hear the beeping and you'll have a bomb dragging behind you. Now, get behind and/or on the side of an AT-AT so that he can't shoot at you. Then, slowly approach his head with the bomb in tow, a little from above if you can. Let the bomb strike his head while you fly right over his head. Bam! Instant killage.
This is a bit of an endurance test. Just keep killing things until one of your comrades says, "That's all of them." Also, be sure to concentrate on the enemies who are closest to the dome. They are the ones doing the most damage.
Alternative strategy...you can use the bombs that you pick up with the tow cable to blow up the support of the bridge near where you start. From the start, fly as fast as you can to the energy dome and pick up a tow cable bomb. Now, fly back to the bridge and head right for it. See the two structure pylons anchoring the bridge on the ground? It's a large column on either side of the bridge the same color as the bridge where all of the support cables tie in. Anyway, fly your bomb so that it hits either one of the columns/pylons. This will cause the bridge to blow and will make life easier. Now, go concentrate on the other AT-ATs, APCs and AT-PTs.

If you haven't read the "Gold Medal Strategies" section in the Introduction, do so. From the start, blow up the bridge (see above). Then, quickly find and take out the next 3-4 AT-ATs using the tow cable bomb. Then, circle the energy dome taking out anyone who is near it. When the close-in area is cleared, work your way outward and take out as many APCs and AT-PTs as you can until you hear the, "That's all of them." I make it in 2:57 seconds with 88 kills and 57% shot accuracy.
Clear the way to the Blockade Runner.
You are in an AT-ST. Use the R-Trigger to move forward. Use the control stick to adjust your aim. Keep in mind
that you have Lock-on missiles. Hold the B-Button to get the reticle and then lock-on to a target. Release
the button to fire. Move along
the path, following your radar. It's usually easier to stop and take care of the enemies in an area rather
than trying to move and fire at the same time. Just keep moving and blowing things up until you get
a cut scene and you enter the Blockade Runner. If for some reason you don't get a cut scene, there is somebody
else to kill in the statue courtyard. That happened to me and I had to kill a Storm Trooper who was
manning a Tripod Turret Gun.
Regain control of the Blockade Runner.
You are back on foot. Use your blaster repeatedly to make your way through the hallways. There is really only
one way to go, but, just follow your radar and it'll tell you where to go. After a few minutes you'll
reach a "Y" intersection with a turret gun. Man the turret gun and take out the Storm Troopers that come from
both the right and the left. Once they are all dead, mission complete.

If you haven't read the "Gold Medal Strategies" section in the Introduction, do so. This one wasn't too hard for me. I didn't run into any problems protecting the friendlies, but I could see that being a problem. Anyway, when you're in the AT-ST be sure to use your homing missiles as much as possible to take out other AT-STs and APCs. To shoot the guys on the ground stop your AT-ST so that your shots are more accurate. Other than that, just stay in front of the scientists and kill, kill, kill anything that moves. When you're back on foot, well, just run fast and follow the radar. Kill everyone that you encounter. I finished in 3:32 with 100 kills and a 52% shot accuracy.
If you got the demo disk with this game, this is the level you played. If you didn't, well, this is all new to you. Go up to a Speeder and hop in using the A-Button.
Take out the 2 lead AT-ATs.
When you start you'll have an AT-AT in front of you. Run underneath it and you'll get
a C-Stick Icon. Move your C-Stick to deploy your cable. Now, you are attached to the AT-AT.
Use your Control Stick to move up the cable. You'll get the A-Button icon when you get to the top.
This will pull out your lightsaber and you'll slash open the belly of the AT-AT. Now, with your B-Button,
you need to toss an Ion Grenade into the AT-AT (this is a familiar move to anyone who's seen The Empire Strikes Back).
To toss the grenade you have to aim your target into the opening in the belly of the AT-AT. You'll get some
red indicators telling you when you have it aimed correctly. Then, toss it in there and you'll
get a cut scene of the AT-AT blowing up. Be careful because when the action starts back up you might
get squished by the AT-AT as it is falling. Just stay out of its way.
On to the next AT-AT. It is not far from you. Run up to it, using your Blaster to take out as many enemies along the way as you can. Do the same thing to this AT-AT that you just did to the last one.
Get to the Tauntaun.
Not far from where you destroyed the second AT-AT you'll see a Blue Marker above a Tauntaun (the two legged animal that you
can ride). Run over to it and you'll get on it automatically.
Follow Derlin back to Echo Base.
There is another Tauntaun rider with you. Follow him. Along the way shoot anybody you can. Soon enough, you'll get
to Echo Base and you'll automatically dismount.
Destory the 3 AT-STs.
Follow your radar to the turret gun, there is an Orange Marker there.
Take out the Imperials around it. Man it. You will see some Imperial transport ships land and 3 AT-STs will come
out. Using the turret gun, kill them. Not too hard. Just concentrate your fire on their heads.
Protect the 3 Rebel Transports.
You are now in an X-Wing fighter. This objective and the one below go hand-in-hand. You'll see that the TIE Bombers
are the ships with the wings that are curved inward, they also have 2 pods to them (manned by 2 people),
so they have a smaller profile than the regular TIE Fighters.
They move a little slower and are tougher to kill.
They also drops bombs, so that should be a giveaway. Anyway, stay close to your transport ship and take
out the bombers as they come by. As long as one trasnport escapes you'll be OK.
Destroy the TIE Bombers. See above.

If you haven't read the "Gold Medal Strategies" section in the Introduction, do so. Time shouldn't be too much of a problem here. Neither should accuracy. Kills might be a problem. A good place to get extra kills is when you're on the Tauntaun. Most enemies on the ground will die with one shot while you're on the Tauntaun so zig-zag and kill as many guys as you can along the way. The part where I had the most trouble was protecting the 3 Transports. I'd always lose at least one or two. So frustrating. Well, I don't really have any tricks other than getting to know where your 3 ships are. Once you are familiar with where the 3 Transports are flying, it is your job to fly back and forth between them, taking out any TIE Bombers that you can. Doing it this way allows you to see if any one of the ships is about to get pounded by bombs because you can see the TIE Bomber group swooping in. If you see a group, lock onto one of them with your Proton Torpedoes and fire away. In fact, use up all of your torpedoes. Don't let any go to waste. Then, it's a matter of accurate laser fire. Remember, use Linked Lasers (tapping A, not holding it down). Also, it is easier to kill the TIE Bombers from the side as that is where their wing profile is the most vulnerable. You'll be able to hit them easier from the side than from behind. But, your second best bet is from behind. Basically, this is one of those missions that you're going to retry and retry and you'll just get lucky one of the times and all the Transports will make it out. Remember, it's all about the Bombers. I finished this one in 4:49 with 61 kills and a 28% accuracy.
Find your way to the strange creature's home.
You are now Luke and you have a lightsaber. You are on a small island with R2D2. Find the stump of the tree
on the right side. There is a series of logs that you can jump across. Do so. Continue doing this
until you get to Yoda's house.
Complete Yoda's lightsaber blocking tutorial.
Use the B-Button to block the laser. Just hold it down.
Complete Yoda's double-jump tutorial.
Ah, the double jump. Hit X and X again while in the air.
Follow Yoda back to the X-Wing.
You have 8 minutes to get back. Do the hopping thing onto and over the various obstacles. Soon,
you'll get to a small path that has big rocks coming at you. Avoid the rocks as you run forward.
After that, more jumping puzzles. The only real difficult part is timing the two surfacing swamp
creatures so that you can jump
across. If you fall into the water along the way you do lose a little health, but not much.
When you get back you have to raise the X-Wing.
Raise your X-Wing from the swamp.
You have 20 seconds to tap the B-Button as fast as you can to raise the X-Wing. If you fail, you
have to start this mission over. That is so rude! I failed my first time and I have a fast thumb.
Anyway, when you get it to the top it'll drop back down and Yoda will show you how it's done.

If you haven't read the "Gold Medal Strategies" section in the Introduction, do so.
This one is matter of time. Sure, kills could be a problem, but, if you just take out the little swamp-spiders
as you go along you should get to the 22 pretty easily. So, it's all about time. Well, there's
really no trick to it, just go fast. Once you learn the route it shouldn't be too hard. Of course, right before
the end, there are the 2 whale things that you have to time. This can be a real pain and real time waster. But,
there's nothing you can do. Just try to make it the first time they surface. I found that if I made it to the final
"test" with 5:20 seconds left on the 8:00 countdown clock I'd just scoot in under the 4:30 mark. For the final test
of lifting the X-Wing, well, again, no secret, you just have to do it. I finished this one in 4:00 with 26 kills.
Get to Jabba's Sail Barge.
Kill the guy on the small barge that you are on. Then, hold down the B-Button to block incoming laser fire
while you wait for the next small barge to near you. Double jump onto it and kill them, then block lasers
until another small barge comes. Do the same. Then ride that one until you get near the large barge.
Double jump onto the large barge and kill everyone on it. That's it.

Actually, this is quite an easy one. Just be fast and kill everyone. You don't have
to worry about your accuracy so it's just Time and Kills. I finished with a 1:12 time
and 18 kills. Phew. Just made it.
