A short review reserved for a game we weren't particularly impressed with. The graphics are great, if you like the bright, retro comic book feel, and we do. However, the fact that several people are getting stuck in the Training Level, gives a good indication of the annoyance level of this game. Being stuck in stupid places is not fun. Having no idea where you're supposed to go next is stressful. Not being able to reach glowing objects is annoying. Now, if you can get past these things, and figure out how the game works, you have yourself a decent renter. Batman Vengeance can be enjoyable...but only for a few minutes at a time. |

| On the training level, how do I grapple from the freefall? You don't grapple from the freefall. Your goal is to control your speed and direction in order to rescue the girl. If you successfully rescue, a cut scene will occur of you grappleing. | ||
| Just past training, on the rooftop, you see a guy run with the girl across the way on the next rooftop. What do you do? I can't grapple anywhere and every time I try to jump I just die. Do a running jump toward the building below, where the thugs and the girl are. Use part of the gargoyle to give you a few extra feet. After you jump, do the gliding thing to the building. | ||
| On the bridge, how do I get the envelope with the "D" on it? The Truck is in your way right? well the envelope is a special cheat, it doesnt help u get past it. You go up the ladder to the right and jump backwards adn around to the crate, is a tough glide but possible. As for getting past the truck, jump over the construction hurdle, or whatever it is and hit y so u lean up against the truck and hi right on the stick, u'll pick up some batarangs and u'll see the joker. | I'm on the bridge, I've killed all of the bad guys, I'm stuck. Where do I go? Go to the second truck on the bridge, jump over the barricade, stand next to the truck and hit the "Action" button. Then move between the tiny crack. (Answered by Adam66) | ||

| How do I beat Poison Ivy's Giant Plant Boss? On a small ledge are two boxes of batarangs. Use these baratangs to hit the creatures arms to either side. Once he lets go, shoot the valves on the pipes where his hands where holding on. Steam will come out, burning the monster so he won't grab that point any more. Once he can't grab onto either side, hit his final arm to drop him in the sludge. Quickly, before he recovers grapple across to the other side of the room and flip the switch there. | ||
| How do I beat Fatty the second time I meet him? You have to throw batarangs at the missles he's launching while they are still inside the launcher. These little time to do this. There are 6 slots, 4 on his shoulders and 2 that pop out later, blast one of them each time, he'll die and land on the Harley. (Answered by Triple H) | ||
