Run forward and to the red car on the left. Speak to the reporter. Once again, just pick the most polite answers...don't call him a "runt". He goes on to tell you his name (Luddick) and information about Eckhardt, Bouchard and the fact that they're all inside the Strahov Fortress. He can get you a passcode in a half hour.

When you are done speaking with Luddick, go left into the alley. Kill the man before he shoots you. At the end of the alley you will find the Combined Claw Hammer on the ground. Pick it up and exit out of the alley.

Look across the square. You'll see another alleyway in front of you and left. Head to it and kill the two men and the dog in the alley. Find the manhole to the left and pop it open. Jump down and pass through the gate.

Head forward then right when you get to water. There's a hole in the wall on your right. Pass through, run up the stairs, then up the stairs on the left and you'll be in a hallway. Move forward and you'll get a cutscene. You knock out Bouchard. Lovely. Hit your "Action" button and you'll have a conversation with him. You need to get to the Vault of Trophies at the bottom of the Strahov building in order to get the last painting. Exit through the closed door and you'll find yourself in a large room.

Move up the stairs to the bookshelves. Move around then jump on the small chest. Push it up to the scaffolding and your strength will have increased. Jump up to the scaffolding and work your way to the top. At the top, head left and jump across. Locate the chain next to the window. Pull it twice and a Health pack will be revealed. Jump to the opposite side of the window and pull the chain four times and the face of the clock will open up and you'll be shown the number III on the floor.

Head back downstairs. Grab your Health and run to the clock. Change the time to 3:00, then press the Triangle. A staircase will be revealed. Take it down. Pick up the piece of paper in front of the desk. This is the Vasiley Full Fax. Here you are given a website and code: 31597. Walk up to the painting behind the desk and to the keypad. Punch in your new code and the painting will slide over revealing the Last Obscura Engraving. Pick it up.

Head back up the stairs and go into the room where you last left Bouchard. Seems he's gone now. That can't be good. Exit out into the hallway and approach the door to your left. You'll get a quick cutscene of Bouchard falling to the ground. Hmm. That wasn't that bad. Pick up the Cellar Key that's on his body.

Head down the stairs toward the sewers. Don't pass through the hole in the wall. Instead, go up to the red door and use your new keys. Run up the stairs and you'll find yourself back in the alley and the reporter will be at the top of the stairs. Speak to him. He'll give you the passcode, the chance at a pistol (which I didn't have enough money for) and he'll take you to the Strahov Fortress. Nice guy.
