Kashyyk

After getting the Star Map from Tatooine and feel comfortable with the objective completed, fly to Kashyyyk, land of the Wookies. As usual in the Ebon Hawk, you will get a vision. Blah, blah. Exit the ship. We brought Bastila and Zaalbar with us. Leaving the ship you will see the Czerka Corporation runs the docking situation. We went ahead and paid the 100 Credit docking fee. Be polite and say you don't need a translator. Follow Janos to his office. Along the way Zaalbar will tell you he's in exile, and not very welcome here. Poor guy. Janos will tell you about the planet and the store and if you persuade him he'll tell you about the Wookiee slave trade with the Czerka Corp. for arms.

Go to "The Great Walkway" in the NE of the map. At the gate to it, talk to the gate keeper and he'll let you pass. On the other side fight the Forest Kinraths. As you proceed Zaalbar tells you his father was a chieftain. You'll get to some Czerka slave traders who have had to kill a wookie. We killed them because they are mean evil slavetraders afterall. You'll get some lightside points. You also will get a Czerka Corp. Resource ID from one of the guys you kill.

Continue along the path, kill the Kinraths and the Mykals bird (terradactyl), until you get to the Wookie Guard at the head of the South path. He tells you that you need to speak with Chuundar and that you cannot pass. So, continue along the only way that you have available and fight more Kinraths and such until you get to a computer terminal. If you got the Resource ID from before you can get into the system easily. This will allow you to open the containers next to you where there are a lot of goodies. Continue along. You'll encounter 3 Dark Jedi. Check the remains for various dark jedi stuff, lightsabers, crystals, etc.

Approach the gate "To Rwookrrorro". There is a Wookie guard. He tells you that you will be taken to Chuundar now. At this point you will have to choose your party as Zaalbar is on his own now. Chuundar is Zaalbar's brother. He asks you to do a task. You have to go find a rogue Wookie in the Shadowlands, Gorwooken. Chuundar takes Zaalbar hostage while you do this, and you will get the Chieftain in Need Journal Entry.

At this point you can go to the NW (back to the walkway) or to the East, to Woorwill's Home. We went to Woorwill's home where we got the Wookie Lost side quest. Continue on East to the "Holder of the Laws," Worrroznor's home. He tells you more about Rorworr, the wookie who is lost.

Okay, now, head back west and go through the NW exit/gate to the Great Walkway. From here, go to the South trail head that we couldn't go down before, past the wookie guard. Continue South and take out the kinraths as you go. You'll get to some wookiees fighting kinraths. Fight them off and talk to the wookie if you want. Keep following the path. Soon you'll come to a wookie, Gorwooken, guarding an elevator which leads to the Shadowlands where you want to go.

Now in the Shadowlands, go North up the path and take out the Katarns as you go and any other creatures. Soon you'll get to Jolee, an old Jedi. Follow him to his home. A very Yoda-like edifice. He'll ask you to get rid of the poachers near his home. This is Jolee's Request. In return, he'll join you and help you on your quest to find the star map. Head NE from Jolee's home. Take out the creatures you encounter. In this area you'll find a wookie corpse. It's Rorworr. So sad. Collect his remains.

Soon you'll encounter a Czerka officer (Commander Dern) who knows about Tach Glands (the thing that Bastila's brother, Griff, needs to make his ale). Agree to hunt the Tach Simians and he'll spray you with a scent to help you get them. You need to bribe the guards or "persuade" them to release the protective field on the emitters. Continue moving and you'll be attacked by a Tach Simian. Kill him and get the Tach Gland. After taking out the emitters (see Jolee's Request) head back to Jolee's home. He'll join your party and will help you on your way to the star map. You now have Jolee in your party. Upgrade him with various items. Head back to the poacher's camp and continue through it. Keep going East until you get to the "Forcefield" exit. Jolee will lower it for you.

On the other side you are now in the Lower Shadowlands. Go along the path and you'll get to some Mandalorians fighting a wookie. We managed to save the wookie. He asks for some healing. Give it to him. You'll get some Light Side points, and a journal entry, Hidden Hunters. From here head down the southwest path, keeping west as you go. You'll eventually get to the bottom of the map and a "computer". Next to the "computer" is the Star Map, but it cannot be accessed. Speak to the computer. Ask about the Star Map. Let yourself be evaluted. Say you'd accuse Zaalbar. With the next question say you will prepare for an attack in 10 day and do nothing about the city. Your reasoning is that the attack would spur on your people. With the next question you say you allow the attack to happen. When you complete the questioning, the Star Map is yours...of course you received some Dark Side points for your rotten answers. You'd give Zaalbar up? How dare you?

Head to where you last left the wookie and take the other path to Freyyr. Speak to him. You'll have to fight him (Chieftan in Need). Once you have your plan to get the Bacca blade, head south and as far east as you can go. You'll find a circle area with ritual markers and a hanging vine. Check out the vine and hang the viper kinrath body upon it. You have attracted the Ritual Beast. Time to do some fighting. The Beast really isn't tough to defeat. Two party members attacking it from the front and you in the back will take him out easily. You get the Bacca blade upon killing him. Search the area for remains and you'll find Guun Han's Journal. Head back to Freyyr. Give him the Bacca blade and he says he'll meet you up top in the Chieftain's Throne Room.

Head back to the Upper Shadowlands. Here we checked the area surrounding Jolee's House before heading back up to Wookieville. We located a disabled droid. Go into the interface and gather the parts. You will get the droid's head, along with a message that Eli, up on the docks, may not have been truthful. This puts the Honest Debt entry in your journal.

Take the path to the NW and West to the "Basket Up." Gorwooken will now attack you. Jerk. You will also have to fight a generic wookiee. Once disposed of, take the Basket Up to the great walkway. Head North toward the wookiee village. On your way there you'll run into a wookiee who will take you to a back entrance to the Throne Room. Now in the throne room there is some conversation. We chose to side with Freyyr and did try to talk it out (light side points) but it ended up with us attacking Chuundar and everyone in the room. Kill everyone in the room. Afterwards, some conversation will ensue and you can leave now. Zaalbar will get the Bacca Sword and you'll get some XP and we got some light side points.

Before we leave, however, we went to visit Woorwill's Home. Show him the bow rifle bolt and then accuse him of killing Rorworr. Jaarak will tell you to go to Worroznor (holder of the laws) to be judged. See below for complete details.

Now, head to the Czerka Dock. The Honest Debt side quest will automatically be complete. As you go toward the dock you'll be attacked by Czerka guards. Take them all out. When you're ready, board the Ebon Hawk, as we're going to Manaan.

Kashyyk Sidequests

Chieftain in Need
Chuundar, Zaalbar's brother, has taken Zaalbar hostage until you do a task for him. Chuundar wants you to find a rogue wookie in the Shadowlands. You will find Freyyr once you reach the lower Shadowlands. He is east of the wookie who was attacked. You will have to fight him. Before death, you are given an option. We told him to listen. We were then kind and understanding and light sideish. You are given a mission to find the Bacca's blade. You need the body of a large viper kinrath to do so. We found it right before we ran into Freyyr, after slaying it on our way to meet him. It will serve as bait and you should head south. Once you kill Chuundar and co., you will get this complete.

A Wookie Lost
Woorwill and Jaarak can be found in Woorwill's home, and have lost their friend Rorworr. You come upon Rorworr's corpse to the NE of Jolee's home. He has a slaver's contract on him and a bowcaster bolt from whomever killed him. Those bastards! Before you leave the planet, visit Woorwill's Home. Show him the bow rifle bolt and then accuse him of killing Rorworr. Jaarak will tell you to go to Worroznor (holder of the laws) to be judged. So, go there. Worroznor will tell you to wait while he judges Jaarak. When you can chime in, tell Worroznor that Rorworr was part of the slave trade. Basically, just try to save Jaarak. We were successful. As a reward, we get 1/3 of Rorworr's wealth. We also got some light side points and some XP. Complete.

Jolee's Request
Jolee will tell you to get rid of the Czerka poachers near his house. In return, he'll "remove barriers" for you to help you on your quest to find the star map. You find out from Commander Dern, to the NE, of Jolee's home, that you need to bribe the guards or "persuade" them to release the protective field on the emitters that each of them control. Talk to the guards and try to "persuade" them to leave their emitter. When they agree, approach the emitter and tell it to "terminate sonic emission". Repeat this process until you get 2 emitters offline. That will complete this quest and will complete the Tach Poaching quest, too.

Tach Poaching
Commander Dern will tell you about Tach Glands (the thing that Bastila's brother, Griff, needs to make his ale). Agree to hunt the Tach Simians and he'll spray you with a scent to help you get them. See above.

Hidden Hunters
Grrrwahrr, the wookie you saved in the Lower Shadowlands, tells you to help him avenge the deaths of his fellow wookies at the hands of the Mandalorians. There are three groups of Mandalorians to kill. However, there's a trick to getting them to come out after you: You must not be armed with anything. Disarm and walk around. Two Mandalorian groups will come agter you. Be sure to collect their remains because a) they're good, and b) one is carrying a signal device. When you get the signal device, go to the Swoop bikes in the SW corner of your map. Find the ship missing a part and insert the signal device. This will trigger the Madalorian leader to attack you. Toast him and his friends. Collect the goodies, then go tell Grrrwahrr the good news.

Honest Debt
Near Jolee's house is a disabled droid. Collect the head. When you go back to the landing dock this side quest will automatically be complete.
